Living Slowly : What I've Learned from a Slow Living Lifestyle
For the last year or so I’ve been trying to focus on living slowly and here are a few things I’ve learned along the way. At times where my 9-5 became too much, it felt good to remind myself that I can slow down when I need to. So often we forget to take care of ourselves and give our mind, body, and soul the proper nourishment that they need. Living slowly has led me to be more gentle with myself and the world around me.
